Who do you work with?

Small and midsize businesses and education-focused organizations that want to move from scattered, manual processes to a clear, connected experience.

Can you adapt one of these demos for my business?

Yes, they are a good starting point for a conversation. The demos are examples; a client build needs its own setup, branding, content and verification before real use.

Can you improve an existing website or workflow?

Yes. Many projects start with something that already exists. We look at what works, what slows people down, and scope the change from there.

Do I need an AI-powered solution?

Not necessarily. AI is used where it adds practical value to a defined process. Plenty of good solutions need clear design and solid workflows more than AI.

How are scope, pricing and timing determined?

After we discuss the project. Scope, pricing and timeline are specific to each proposal, and nothing is fixed until both sides agree to it.

Who owns the finished work?

Ownership and licensing are defined in the project agreement, so it is clear before work begins.

What about hosting, third-party services and ongoing support?

Hosting and any third-party costs are identified during scoping. Ongoing support and maintenance are agreed in the proposal, not unlimited by default.

How do DeLeonOS and VantagED fit?

They are owned platforms with their own readiness. DeLeonOS informs how the studio approaches repeatable workflows; VantagED is an education platform in development. You do not need either to work with DeLeon Labs.
